Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026. This policy explains what VisualMint AI processes when you browse the site or use the generator.
Information you provide
The generator processes the text prompt, selected aspect ratio, and human-verification token you submit. Do not include confidential information, personal data, unreleased product details, or content you are not permitted to send to an AI service.
If you email us, we process your address and message to respond, maintain support records, and handle privacy or correction requests.
When you use an editing or AI enhancement tool, uploaded JPG, PNG, or WebP images are also processed. Do not upload confidential files, identity documents, sensitive personal images, or material you are not authorized to process.
Technical data
We process an IP address long enough to create a daily salted hash for abuse prevention and the three-generation guest limit. The raw IP is not stored by the application’s quota record. A random, HTTP-only session cookie associates generation tasks with the browser that created them. Task and quota records expire after approximately 24 hours.
Hosting and security providers may independently process IP addresses, request headers, device information, and logs as needed to deliver and protect the service.
Image generation providers
Approved prompts and generation settings are sent to Flaq.ai, which provides API access to Grok Imagine. Flaq and its underlying model provider process this information under their own terms and privacy policies. Generated image files may be delivered from provider-controlled storage or content-delivery networks.
Depending on the selected tool, approved prompts, reference-image URLs, and generation settings are sent to Flaq.ai for Grok Imagine, Grok Imagine Edit, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana Pro Edit, GPT Image 2, or GPT Image 2 Edit processing. Flaq and the underlying model providers process this information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cloudflare, Flaq, and Turnstile
Cloudflare Workers hosts the website and server routes. Task ownership, upload ownership, and daily quota records are stored in memory and expire after approximately 24 hours.
Cloudflare R2 stores temporary input images for editing and AI enhancement. Each object is linked to a random browser session and served to Flaq.ai through a signed, time-limited URL. R2 lifecycle rules are configured to delete temporary uploads after approximately 24 hours.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect generation requests from automated abuse and may process device and network signals. Each provider acts under its own privacy terms and may process data in multiple countries.
Google advertising
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to measure and personalize advertising according to consent choices and applicable law. Advertising is not placed inside the generation controls. In regions where required, a Google-certified consent management platform should present choices before advertising storage is used.
Purpose and retention
We use data to provide generation results, prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose errors, respond to messages, comply with legal obligations, and—when enabled with appropriate consent—measure or monetize editorial pages. Temporary generation records are designed to expire after about 24 hours. Provider and hosting logs may follow different retention periods.
Format converters and local 2×/4× resizing run inside your browser and do not upload the selected image. Choosing AI enhancement is a separate action that uploads the image and sends it to Flaq.ai.
Your choices
You can browse editorial content without using the generator. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although deleting the session cookie will prevent access to an in-progress generation. Advertising consent choices are available through the consent interface where required.
Access, deletion, and questions
To ask about information connected to an email exchange or to exercise an applicable privacy right, contact us by email. Because generation tasks use a random browser cookie and expire quickly, we may be unable to identify a task after the cookie or record is gone.
Changes
We may update this policy when providers, features, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
