Service description

VisualMint provides editorial information and a limited guest interface for submitting text prompts to a third-party image model. Generation availability, speed, model behavior, and output quality can change without notice. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular result.

The service also includes limited image editing and AI enhancement workflows, plus browser-local resizing and format conversion utilities. Local utilities depend on browser capabilities and may fail on unusually large files or unsupported formats.

Responsible use

You may not use the service to create illegal material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual explicit imagery, fraudulent documents, deceptive endorsements, copyright infringement, harmful manipulated media, or content that violates provider policies or the rights of others. You may not bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, probe credentials, or interfere with the service.

Your prompts and outputs

You are responsible for prompts you submit and for reviewing any output before use. Do not submit confidential information or material you lack permission to process. You are responsible for determining whether an output is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and cleared for your intended use.

You are responsible for every reference image you upload and must have the rights and permissions required to process it. Temporary upload handling does not make VisualMint a backup or storage service.

Third-party services

The generator relies on Flaq.ai and Grok Imagine. External links, including the Flaq recommendation, lead to services we do not control. Their pricing, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their own.

Different tools may use Grok Imagine, Nano Banana Pro, or GPT Image 2 generation and editing variants through Flaq.ai. Model labels beside each tool identify the actual configured endpoint; provider availability and parameters can change.

Intellectual property

VisualMint’s original site design, articles, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to articles and quote short passages with attribution. Republishing substantial articles, copying the site design, or using the VisualMint name in a confusing manner is not permitted.

Availability and limits

Guest limits exist to control cost and abuse. We may reject a prompt, suspend access, change limits, or discontinue a feature. A consumed quota entry may not be restored when an upstream provider fails.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and content are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. VisualMint disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for decisions, claims, losses, or disputes arising from your prompt, generated output, publication, or reliance on editorial information. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
